Choose or change your website theme

Choose Classic, Serene, Horizon or Panorama to change the look of your rental website. Learn how to save your choice and check the result.

What does the theme change?

A website theme sets the design of your accommodation pages: colours, fonts, photo layouts and the way information is arranged. If you have several accommodations, their overview page also uses the chosen design. You choose one theme for your whole rental website, rather than a separate theme for each accommodation.

All themes use the same accommodation information and booking features. Your choice is about appearance and layout. The booking page and thank-you page keep their own fixed design.

Choose and save a theme

  1. Sign in to rental management as the owner and open Application under Settings.
  2. Find Website theme below the general website information.
  3. Select the card for the theme you want. The card is highlighted, but the change has not yet been saved.
  4. Click Save in the Website theme section and wait for the Website theme saved confirmation.
  5. Open View website and reload the page to see the chosen design.

How the four themes differ

  • Classic: a large opening image with an overlapping photo gallery, a white background and a simple, familiar layout.
  • Serene: warm cream and dark green tones, elegant serif headings and offset, overlapping photos with rounded shapes.
  • Horizon: a wide photo panel, deep blue accents and separate cards for the different accommodation details.
  • Panorama: a full-screen opening photo with navigation over the image. The description comes before the additional photo gallery.

Your information and branding stay in place

Changing themes does not require you to set up your accommodations again. Photos, descriptions, rates, availability, service charges and bookings are preserved. Your domain and accommodation links do not change when you select a theme.

Manage your logo and company name separately in the general website information on the same page. Your choice to show a logo, company name or neither in the menu is preserved too. The theme sets the style; these settings keep the website recognisably yours.

Check the result and switch again

  • Check the website on a large screen and on your phone. Navigation and photo layouts adapt to the screen size.
  • Pay particular attention to the opening photo. Themes display and crop images differently, so choose photographs that keep the important details in view.
  • Do you have several accommodations? Check both the overview page and a few individual accommodation pages.
  • Still seeing the previous design? Check that you clicked Save in Website theme, then reload the public page.

You can choose another theme or return to your previous choice at any time. Select the theme and click Save again. There is no need to re-enter your accommodation information.
