Managing registration and licence numbers

Add the correct registration numbers to your accommodation, translate their labels and set their order.

What do you record here?

Under Licence numbers, you can record one or more official numbers for your accommodation. Each entry has a name and a value. The name describes the type of registration; the value is the number itself. This lets you clearly distinguish different registrations.

For example, use Holiday rental registration number as the name and enter the number issued by the responsible authority as the value. Homadu does not determine which number your property legally requires. Copy the details from your own registration.

Adding a number

  1. Open your accommodation and go to Licence numbers.
  2. Choose the button to add a licence.
  3. Enter the name for every active accommodation language.
  4. Enter the registration number’s value.
  5. Save the entry and check the overview.

The value is the same for all languages. Only its label is translated. Do not use a different number value to create a language version.

Editing and setting the order

Open the edit action for an existing entry to correct its name or value. Save the change afterwards. With multiple entries, use the available up and down actions to change their order. The top entry appears first in the list.

Deleting and checking

If an entry is incorrect or no longer applies, use the delete action and confirm. Then check the public accommodation page and its active language versions. If you add another language later, also review the translatable licence names; a correct English name does not automatically fill in other languages.
