Logging out other browser sessions

See where your account is signed in and end other browser sessions from your own profile.

When should you use this?

Are you still signed in on an old laptop, shared computer or different browser? Under Profile, you can log out other browser sessions without needing that device. Your current session remains available so you can continue working.

This is also useful if you suspect someone else has access. In that case, also change your password and check that two-factor authentication is configured.

Understanding the session list

Open Profile and go to Browser sessions. Homadu shows available session information such as operating system, browser, IP address and last activity. Your current browser is marked as this device. A displayed identifier may differ from your laptop’s name, so consider the details together.

Logging out other browsers

  1. Choose Log out other browser sessions.
  2. Enter your current password in the confirmation window.
  3. Confirm that you want to end the other sessions.
  4. Check the confirmation and remain signed in on your own device.

Another browser must then sign in again to perform protected management actions. The session list is not an overview of visitors to your public website: it concerns sign-ins to your user account.

Safely closing your current device

To log out on the device you are currently using as well, open the full sidebar and choose Log Out. Simply closing a tab does not always end a sign-in. Do not leave a management environment open on a shared computer or save your password there.
