Adding another accommodation and switching between properties
Add a new property within your accommodation limit and make sure you always edit the correct one.
Check your available capacity first
The number of accommodations you can add depends on your current limit. Under Billing, view Number of accommodations. This shows your current limit, the places used and your remaining capacity. A scheduled change has its own effective date, so check what already applies now.
During the trial, the limit is one accommodation without a selected subscription. With a valid selected subscription, you can test the chosen number, up to ten during the trial.
Adding a new property
- Open Accommodations in the sidebar.
- Use the button to add an accommodation.
- Wait for the new accommodation to be set up. The overview may temporarily show a creation message.
- Open the new accommodation once it is available.
- Replace the initial content with its own name, description, address, photos, rates and other settings.
If there is no capacity left, first adjust your limit under Billing. Check the displayed costs and effective date before saving this.
Switching between accommodations
Use the searchable accommodation selector at the top left of the expanded sidebar. Type part of the name and select the correct property. You can also return to the Accommodations overview and open a card there. Always check the name at the top before saving.
Each property has its own settings
Rates, house rules, photos and other accommodation sections belong to the selected property. Complete them for each accommodation. General website details such as your logo and contact information are managed together under Application. Only make a new property visible after checking its public booking request as well.
