Using your dashboard and accommodation selector
Find the correct accommodation and management tools, and use the dashboard without mixing up settings for different properties.
Finding the main tools
The sidebar provides access to Dashboard, Bookings and Accommodations. It also contains Legal, Application, Billing and Profile. Help centre opens guidance about the platform. View website takes you to the public side of your rental website.
Within an accommodation, a submenu appears under Accommodations for areas such as Availability, Rates, Rooms and photos and House rules. This lets you go straight to the section you want to change.
Choosing the correct accommodation
- Expand the sidebar if only icons are visible.
- Open Choose accommodation at the top left.
- Type part of the accommodation name to search the list.
- Select the property and check its name at the top before saving changes.
The Accommodations overview shows your properties as separate cards. This is useful when you want to check visibility or the identifying photo first.
Reading the dashboard
The dashboard brings availability events together in a calendar. Use the accommodation selection beside the calendar to decide which properties to view. The legend helps you recognise events and sources. To process a request, open the booking overview.
Adjusting the menu to your screen
On a wide screen, you can collapse the menu for more workspace. Your browser remembers this choice while navigating. On a small screen, use the menu button to open it. The moon or sun button at the top switches between light and dark appearance; the language selector changes the management interface language, not your accommodation languages automatically.
