Increasing or reducing your accommodation limit

Adjust the selected quantity and understand when extra capacity, billing or a lower limit takes effect.

Current usage and a new quantity

Go to Billing → Number of accommodations. Current limit shows your available capacity, Used shows how many accommodations already exist and Available shows how many more you can add. Hiding an accommodation is not the same as deleting it: the existing accommodation record continues to count towards your usage.

  1. Set the desired quantity under New limit.
  2. Read the summary for the amount payable and effective date.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Then check your current limit and any scheduled change.

Outside the trial

An increase takes effect immediately and is calculated proportionately for the remaining part of the current billing period. Final processing may require additional payment action. A reduction only takes effect at the end of the current period; there is no automatic refund for the remaining time.

A monthly or yearly switch already scheduled still matters when changing the future quantity. Check both the new quantity and future plan. The summary shows which choice applies to the next period.

During the trial and when capacity falls

During a valid subscription trial, you save the quantity for paid continuation. The trial limit immediately follows the confirmed quantity, up to a maximum of ten. Without a selected subscription, the trial limit remains one.

If a lower limit starts while more accommodations exist, excess visible accommodations are hidden. The oldest visible accommodations are retained. The accommodations, photos and bookings are not deleted.

After increasing the limit, create the extra accommodation yourself. Increasing a limit does not create new accommodations for you.
