Where can guests see house rules and safety information?
Find the short summary and complete information on the accommodation page and within the booking request.
The accommodation page shows a summary
On the public accommodation page, house rules and safety information appear with the additional property information. To keep the page clear, only a few items are shown initially. This does not mean the rest of your saved information is missing.
The button to view all rules or information opens a window with the complete content. It also includes the additional house rules you entered as your own text.
Also available during booking
The booking page contains the compact Good to know section. Guests can open the house rules and safety information there before finally submitting their booking request. The content is not fully expanded by default, keeping the request easy to follow.
Checking the guest view yourself
- Save your changes under House rules and Safety for the correct accommodation.
- Open View website and go to that accommodation.
- Choose the language you want to check.
- Scroll to the rules and open the full information.
- Select an available stay and continue to the booking page.
- Open the same information through Good to know and also check the additional text.
If additional text is missing
Check that the text is saved for the correct accommodation and that you are viewing the correct language. An English addition is not automatically written in other languages. For safety features, also check that the feature is selected. The brief homepage display does not need changing to make every rule available: that is exactly what the full window is for.
