Choosing a Homadu subscription
Enter the required billing details, choose your billing interval and confirm when the paid service begins.
Enter your details beforehand
Open Billing as the owner of the environment. First complete Billing address and add a valid method under Payment method. The subscription uses these details; payment methods offered to guests for an accommodation are different.
You can also use Homadu without a business or VAT number. A VAT number is optional. If you do enter one, it must match the billing country, and the details are checked before the new tax treatment is applied.
Confirming a plan
- Under Subscription, review the available monthly and yearly options.
- Check the displayed price and tax explanation.
- Select the desired plan and read the summary and start date.
- Confirm the agreement for the remaining trial or the immediate paid start, depending on your situation.
- Click Start subscription and check the confirmation and current subscription.
When does payment begin?
If your trial is still running, the remaining free period is retained and paid continuation begins on the stated date. If the free period has already ended, the selected paid subscription starts immediately after confirmation. You must still complete any additional payment confirmation required.
To use more accommodations, set the quantity afterwards under Number of accommodations. Also check Upcoming invoice. If an error appears, read it first and refresh the status before repeatedly submitting the same request.
A scheduled choice for after the trial is not the same as a new paid period beginning today. The date and status on Billing determine what applies.
