Why are my changes not visible on the website?

Work through the main checks when text, photos, languages or settings appear different from what you saved.

First check what you are editing

With multiple accommodations, the most useful first check is simple: does the accommodation name at the top of your management environment match the one on the public page? Use the accommodation selector to verify this. Also check that you are viewing your current domain and intended language.

Work through the basic checks

  1. Reopen the changed section and check whether the new value is still there.
  2. If needed, click Save for that specific section and read any error messages.
  3. Check accommodation visibility under Status and actions.
  4. Compare the active language and translation of the changed field.
  5. Reopen the public page and, if needed, try a new private window.

Some sections have their own processing

New photos are processed in the background after upload. An image may therefore become ready slightly later than text you just saved. For photos, also check whether you only changed a room photo or need to update the highlight selection as well.

A favicon may remain stored in your browser for longer. Try a new tab or private window. Legal pages must also be enabled. A changed company name will not replace the logo while name display is still set to Show logo.

Still seeing a difference?

Note the accommodation, page, language and setting involved. Explain what appears in management after reopening and what you see publicly. This helps Homadu investigate specifically. Do not include passwords or other login credentials. Already sent emails and old bookings retain their recorded content; a current setting does not automatically rewrite that history.
