Cancelling your subscription and understanding what happens next
Schedule termination, check the final access date and keep cancellation separate from deleting information.
When does the subscription stop?
Cancel a subscription through Billing → Subscription. During a current paid period, access remains available until the displayed end date. Your cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not immediately end the period you are already paying for.
If you are still in the subscription trial, termination can be scheduled for the end of that trial. Always check the date Homadu displays for your subscription rather than assuming it is the day you click the button.
Confirming the cancellation
- Open Billing and review your current subscription and any future changes.
- Choose the cancellation action under Subscription.
- Select a reason; if you choose Other, provide the requested explanation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Check the confirmation, cancellation period and end date on the page.
A cancellation replaces the scheduled continuation. Also check what has happened to any previously selected new plan or lower quantity. Keep the confirmation for your own records.
After the end date
Without a valid subscription or valid trial, ordinary access to the rental features and public website ends. As the owner, you can continue using Billing to review your situation and arrange continuation. A running cancellation period is therefore different from a fully ended subscription.
Cancelling is not an instruction to immediately erase your account, accommodations or bookings. It also does not automatically refund the current period or guest payments. If you want to continue after all, look at the options for withdrawing the cancellation.
