Viewing or cancelling a scheduled subscription change

Review future plan and quantity changes and remove a schedule you no longer want to take effect.

Where is your future choice shown?

On Billing, the Subscription section displays a scheduled plan change with the new interval and effective date. Number of accommodations can also show a new quantity with a future effective date. These cards describe future choices, not automatically what applies today.

A scheduled reduction and a monthly or yearly switch can together form the next paid period. Check both sections before cancelling anything. During a trial, this also shows the choice for paid continuation.

Withdrawing a schedule

  1. Open Billing and note the current and future situation.
  2. Find the change card you want to adjust.
  3. Click Cancel change in the relevant section.
  4. After confirmation, check both Subscription and Number of accommodations.
  5. If necessary, select a new desired schedule and review the summary again.

What continues to apply?

Cancelling a future change does not end your current subscription. It also does not automatically reverse an increase that already took effect today. Check the actual limit and new schedule rather than judging only from a card disappearing.

During the trial, the confirmed future quantity can also determine your temporary capacity. Withdrawing or reducing that choice can therefore change your trial limit immediately. Existing accommodations are not deleted as a result.

Cancel change and withdrawing a subscription cancellation are different actions. If the subscription also has an end date, check it separately. Merely removing a future plan change does not confirm that a cancellation has been withdrawn.
