Withdrawing a cancellation or subscribing again
Resume within a remaining cancellation period or choose a new subscription after the previous period has ended.
Check the end date first
Open Billing and check whether you are still in a cancellation period or the subscription has already fully ended. While the paid period or valid subscription trial is still running, the existing cancellation can be withdrawn. Afterwards, you need to choose a new subscription.
Do not confuse a scheduled plan change with a cancellation. A plan change means continuing with a different interval or quantity; a cancellation schedules an end date for the subscription itself.
Continuing within the cancellation period
- Check the remaining cancellation period under Subscription.
- Use the available action to resume the subscription or withdraw the cancellation.
- Check that termination is no longer scheduled.
- Then review your current plan, accommodation quantity and any future choices.
Choosing a plan again during a still-valid subscription trial can withdraw the scheduled trial cancellation. The new choice applies to paid continuation. Your original trial end date is not moved further into the future.
Choosing again after complete termination
Once the old subscription has ended, check your billing address and payment method and choose the desired monthly or yearly plan again. Read the displayed start date and confirm the new agreement. Making a new choice does not automatically provide another free trial.
After access is restored, also check accommodation visibility. A previous lower limit may have hidden accommodations; additional paid capacity does not automatically make all hidden accommodations visible.
Changes are confirmed with Stripe. If the status seems temporarily behind, refresh Billing and check the message before trying to start another subscription.
